Phase One – Weight Loss
To be followed until 100% of your weight loss goal is achieved.
- 3 Muscle Wise Nutrition foods per day
- Dinner: 8 ounces of whole protein
- 4 cups of select vegetables
- Unlimited raw vegetables and lettuce
Phase Two – Stabilization
- 1-2 Muscle Wise Nutrition food per day
- Breakfast: 8 ounces of whole protein
- Lunch: 8 ounces of whole protein
- Dinner: 8 ounces of whole protein
- 4 cups of select vegetables
- Unlimited raw vegetables and lettuce
Phase Three – Maintenance
Phase 3 is our structured approach to stabilization and maintenance - also called "Lifestyle Living." This is a 12-month stabilization period with ongoing support to help you maintain your weight-loss success.
